OKKALA Hospital operates a 24/7 pharmacy offering medications approved by the Myanmar Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

• Storage Standards: In line with quality specifications, medicines are stored below 25°C away from direct sunlight. The OKKALA pharmacy counter is specially designed to maintain this temperature control, with backup generator power in place during electricity outages.
• Temperature Control: On-duty staff monitor and record room temperatures twice daily (morning and evening) using a temperature measuring device.
• Packaging Quality: To preserve potency, temperature-sensitive medications are packaged with ice bags prior to sale.
• Expert Service: Friendly consultations and services are provided directly by clinical pharmacists and qualified pharmacy staff.
